My Wireless is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager in the United States to lead and coach a store team toward exceptional customer experiences and sales results. You will supervise daily operations, staffing, training, and compliance while driving growth and loyalty in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes people leadership, performance coaching, and ethical customer engagement across location initiatives, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Formación

• 1 year of management experience in a similar field.
• 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred depending on location).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, and coaching to ensure peak performance.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and security procedures.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team to establish business accounts and community events.
