My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Long Beach, CA, to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering outstanding customer service. The role offers strong base pay with commissions, ongoing training, and clear career progression within a fast-paced ATT retail environment.

You will lead by example, drive sales initiatives, manage store operations, and participate in marketing activities to maximize daily performance.

Formación

• Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards is required.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results is required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred in some locations.
• Retail or telecommunications industry experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team to exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
