Job summary

Talk4less Wireless in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Wireless Manager to run the retail store, lead a sales team, and ensure top customer service. You will handle staffing, training, merchandising, and daily operations, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent service.

The role offers base pay with commission potential and requires 1–2 years of retail leadership experience, HS diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or another customer-focused environment.
• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full operation of retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Make staffing adjustments to meet business needs.
• Lead on the sales floor, greet customers, coach employees, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Establish and exceed performance goals for team and store.
• Recruit sales staff and manage training, marketing, and leadership responsibilities.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to Cricket standards and motivates the team.
