Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Wireless or telecom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to drive store performance and culture.
• Sell alongside your team and uphold customer experience standards.
• Assist with hiring and talent development for BLW.
• Coach daily with real-time on-floor training.
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and take action.
• Balance schedules for coverage and efficiency.
• Handle escalations professionally and resolve issues.
