Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Store Leader to own a busy retail location. You’ll be on the floor, shaping culture, coaching your team, and driving outcomes.

You’ll lead daily operations, sales, scheduling, and customer experience, ensuring BLW standards and strong teamwork, with ownership of every shift.

Wireless industry experience helps, but leadership, ownership, and the ability to turn data into action are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure
• Wireless or telecom industry experience
• Experience building or rebuilding a team culture
• Track record of developing team members into leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end
• Sell alongside your team and uphold customer experience standards on every shift
• Support hiring efforts as needed and help identify talent that fits BLW culture
• Support formal onboarding and develop your team daily through real time coaching and hands-on skill transfers on the floor
• Review sales data regularly, spot the gaps, and act on them before they become patterns
• Balance the store schedule to ensure coverage, fairness, and operational efficiency
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a genuine commitment to resolution
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to build brand loyalty and grow the customer base
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability to work at additional locations as business needs require
