Wireless retail background helps, but the emphasis is on ownership, coaching, and delivering outcomes. You will manage schedules, coach staff, and maintain BLW standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team and developing people.
• Ability to read and act on sales data to close gaps.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Capable of supervising schedules, meetings, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
• Sell alongside the team and uphold customer experience standards on every shift.
• Assist hiring and identify talent that fits BLW culture.
• Onboard and coach the team with real-time feedback on the floor.
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act to prevent patterns.
• Balance schedules for coverage and efficiency.
• Handle escalations professionally and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures.
• Represent BLW at events to grow brand loyalty.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
