Job summary

Blue Link Wireless is seeking a Store Leader to own and operate a busy retail location. You will build and coach your team, drive sales on the floor, ensure exceptional customer experience, and take end-to-end ownership of store performance.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and daily operations, balancing service, productivity, and compliance while representing BLW in the community and at events. Evening/weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations end to end
• Sell alongside your team and uphold customer experience on every shift
• Assist hiring efforts and identify talent that fits the BLW culture
• Onboard and develop your team through real-time coaching on the floor
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act to prevent patterns
• Balance store scheduling for coverage, fairness, and efficiency
• Handle customer escalations professionally
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Be available to work at additional locations as needed
