Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-energy store and its team in Louisiana. You will own the location, drive results, build the culture, and engage customers on the floor with ownership of outcomes.

Wireless experience helps, but leadership and people development are key. You’ll manage schedules, coach staff, handle escalations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Wireless or telecom industry experience preferred.
• Experience building or rebuilding a team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
• Sell alongside your team and uphold customer experience on every shift.
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits BLW culture.
• On-floor coaching and hands-on skills transfer to develop your team daily.
• Review sales data, spot gaps, and act before they become patterns.
• Balance the store schedule for coverage, fairness, and efficiency.
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and resolve issues.
• Ensure BLW policies and procedures are followed.
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
