You will read data to spot gaps, schedule effectively, coach in real time, and own hiring, onboarding, and store performance. Wireless experience helps, but leadership and ownership are core requirements; be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and developing staff.
• Ability to read sales data, identify gaps, and take action.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience managing schedules, meetings, and escalations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background checks.
• Wireless/telecom industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive store performance.
• Sell alongside the team while maintaining customer experience standards.
• Support hiring and onboarding to grow the team.
• Provide real-time coaching and on-floor skill transfer.
• Review sales data to spot gaps and act on patterns.
• Balance schedules for coverage and efficiency.
• Handle escalations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures.
• Represent BLW at events to grow the customer base.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
