Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owns store operations end to end and leads from the floor.
• Sell alongside the team and uphold customer experience standards.
• Support hiring and identify talent that fits the culture.
• Onboard and coach the team daily with hands-on training on the floor.
• Review sales data regularly to spot gaps and act on them.
• Balance schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Handle escalations with professionalism and focus on resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Represent BLW at community events to grow the customer base.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
