Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Store Manager for Brandon, MS. You own the location, lead the team on the floor, shape the culture, and deliver results with ownership. Wireless experience helps, but leadership and operational skill are essential.

You will run daily operations, coach your team, support hiring, review sales data, and ensure strong customer experiences. Flexible hours and occasional travel to other locations are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations end-to-end, daily, weekly and monthly.
• Sell alongside your team and maintain customer experience standards on every shift.
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits BLW culture.
• Coach and onboard your team with on-the-floor training.
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act before patterns form.
• Balance schedules for coverage, fairness, and efficiency.
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and resolve.
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures.
• Represent BLW at community events to grow the customer base.
