Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Store Leader who owns the location, the team, and the results. You will lead from the floor, coach daily, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Wireless experience helps, but the focus is on leadership, ownership of outcomes, scheduling, coaching, and driving store performance across shifts. This is a full-time, hands-on role with energy and teamwork at its core.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Retail sales experience preferred, wireless/ telecom experience helpful.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
• Sell alongside the team and uphold customer experience standards on every shift.
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits BLW culture.
• Provide real-time coaching and on-floor skill transfer.
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act before patterns form.
• Balance schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure policy compliance.
• Represent BLW at community events to grow the customer base.
