Responsibilities include coaching Sales Representatives, managing daily operations, inventory, and financials, and ensuring compliance with company standards and Verizon requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leading teams and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and recruit, coach, and develop Sales Representatives.
• Drive store sales and profitability by executing company initiatives and sales strategies.
