Your Wireless Inc., a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our sales teams across multiple states. You will build a high‑performing store environment, coach staff, and drive personal and store KPIs and profits.

We offer a strong base pay plus commissions, flexible scheduling, 401k, PTO, andemployee discounts. Travel within the district is required to manage locations and achieve growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators and volume goals each month.
• Coach your team members every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop your team members' skills so they can move up the career ladder at Your Wireless.
• Ensure your assigned location is operating under the guidelines of both Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless.
• Ensure all promotional rollouts and inventory procedures are executed timely and correctly.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
