Job summary

TEAM Wireless is seeking a Store Manager in Worthington, MN to lead store operations, coach a sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop Sales Representatives while ensuring operational excellence and achieving sales goals.

The role requires leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive profitable growth within a Verizon Authorized Retailer environment. Candidates must live within 40 miles of the store within 60 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leading teams and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive store sales and profitability through company initiatives and strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Manage inventory levels, performance evaluations, and staffing needs.
• Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing across operating hours.
