Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates in Texas to support the Store-in-Store retail team. You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, and educate on solutions in a busy environment, building relationships and driving sales throughout the customer journey.

You will train on in-store processes, leverage digital tools, and pursue growth while delivering exceptional service and meeting quality metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services, identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
• Learn in-store processes, stay Customer Ready, and support onboarding and store operations.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, and maintain customer satisfaction through follow-up and referrals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support the customer experience from setup to service.
