Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a seasoned Wireless Solutions Consultant to support business sales by providing technical expertise in designing and presenting wireless solutions for customer needs. You'll analyze coverage, consult with clients, and contribute to sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, product knowledge, and project management skills, plus experience with wireless networks and solution sales in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record in solution sales.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (1–9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting features, benefits, and ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Travel 25–50% of the time as needed.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
