T-Mobile is seeking a technically proficient sales support professional to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs. You will consult with customers, analyze network coverage, and assist with in-building requests to enable tailored wireless solutions that drive business growth.

The role requires staying current on wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions, supporting sales teams to address inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of successful solution sales and managing relationships in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Travel 25–50% of the time.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.
