T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts and bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You will be a brand ambassador, educating customers, demonstrating devices and services, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

As a Mobile Expert, you’ll build relationships, meet performance targets for sales and customer experience, and leverage digital tools to support customers. This role emphasizes energy, customer focus, and teamwork within T-Mobile’s values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Less than 2 years T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred.
• Less than 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to customers, delivering best-in-class experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Maximizes time on shift, learns about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
