Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Team Lead to drive sales excellence and lead a team of Mobile Experts across multiple stores. You will understand customer needs, provide tailored product solutions, and coach staff to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires full-time availability, a track record of leading sales targets, and the ability to travel to stores while maintaining superb customer service and operational execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Own a vehicle and able to travel to stores.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales excellence by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and manage team performance.
• Coordinate weekly team schedules across all stores.
• Train teams on guidelines, carriers, and product knowledge.
• On-board/off-board employees.
• Participate in required training and development.
• Contribute to sales initiatives and work with your team.
