Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a management role
• Proven ability to lead teams and exceed sales targets
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
• Own a vehicle and travel to stores as needed

Responsibilities

• Drive sales excellence by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions
• Lead, coach, motivate, and manage the performance goals of team members
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic action plans to support KPIs
• Achieve set OSL Targets and KPIs
• Coordinate weekly team schedules across stores
• Train teams on guidelines, carriers, and product knowledge
• On-board/off-board employees and participate in required training
• Contribute to sales initiatives and support your team when needed
