Job summary

Wireless Vision is expanding its team in Topeka, KS, hosting a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative position. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, assist customers with wireless needs, and work with a team to hit personal and company goals.

Required: 6+ months in retail or customer-focused work, excellent communication, ability to stand up to 9 hours, and lift up to 25 pounds. High school diploma required; bilingual preferred in some locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Participate in in-store marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Assist with store operations, including cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Process transactions, activations, bill payments, and plan changes.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with service activations and upsell total technology solutions.
