Job summary

Wireless Vision is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative in Pennsburg, PA to represent the T-Mobile brand and address customers’ wireless needs. You will work as part of a store team to meet personal and company goals and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

The role involves assisting with activations, bill payments, and upselling accessories, while supporting store operations, marketing efforts, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in retail or other customer-focused environment.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Stand for up to 9 hours; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to store visitors, greet customers, answer phones and assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Support marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outreach and brand promotion inside and outside the store.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits per policy.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, restrooms and work area per standards.
• Assist customers with activations, changes, billing inquiries, equipment replacements, and price plan changes.
• Share customer experiences with the team and management.
