Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Norwalk, CT is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for an in-person role in our fast-growing retail stores. You will engage customers, recommend products, upsell, and drive sales toward commission targets.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless or retail, a high school diploma or GED, and must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs while working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services; upsell and cross-sell.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals; explain pricing and promotions clearly.
