Job summary

RedLion Mobility is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers in our in-store environment and promote wireless, internet, and related services. You will upsell, cross-sell, and drive sales while meeting commission goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience and a high school diploma or GED. Pay includes $13/hour plus monthly commissions, with total compensation expected between $45,000 and $65,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend right product/service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and commission targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
