Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring in New York for a Retail Sales Representative to join our fast-growing telecommunications team. In this in-person role, you will engage customers, recommend wireless and telecom services, and drive upsells and cross-sells to hit sales and commission targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and commission targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
