Job summary

RedLion Mobile is recruiting a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-person store team. The role emphasizes engaging customers, presenting telecom products, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling while meeting monthly and annual targets.

Candidates should have at least one year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, telecom, or retail, with a high school diploma or GED. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons.
• Ability to engage customers and explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission targets, and store performance.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional, solution-focused customer experience.
• Collaborate with team and be willing to support nearby locations as needed.
