Job summary

RedLion Mobile in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for an in-person, full-time position. You will earn $18/hour plus monthly commission, with total annual compensation of $45,000–$75,000 based on performance.

Help residential customers connect to essential telecom services in a fast-growing brand. The role requires 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, retail, or related fields, with upselling and cross-selling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience and build brand loyalty.
