Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join its in-person team. You’ll engage customers, present wireless and telecom options, and drive sales within a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, strong upselling skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You’ll work at a retail store location, with monthly commission opportunities and training provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience (wireless/mobile/telecom or retail)
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services
• Comfort engaging customers and meeting sales and commission goals
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and proactively present telecommunications products and services
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate packages
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission targets
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers
• Support store team and contribute to a performance-driven culture
