Job summary

Arch Telecoms is hiring for a learning role in Sacramento as a Retail Associate, focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will learn to assist customers online, via Care, and in-store, while building product knowledge and sales skills.

The role offers hands-on demonstrations, side-by-side selling, and the potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion, with ESOP and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED required to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology and devices in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and upsell accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
