Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products and promotions.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and cash handling.
