Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. As a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you’ll deliver exceptional service while helping customers choose devices, plans, and accessories.

Earn a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $17.00 per hour and no cap on commissions. We offer benefits like medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
