Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfort with technology and new product learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with devices, wireless plans, and accessories.
• Ask questions, identify needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through service and follow-up.
• Assist with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service issues.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions through training.
• Assist daily store operations: merchandising, inventory, cash handling, opening/closing.
