Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and stay connected. The role combines relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn products quickly.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
