Base pay is $12.00 per hour with uncapped commissions; average earnings can reach up to $17.00 per hour. This role offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a Verizon Authorized Retailer network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new products and services.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service for devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive follow-up and service.
• Assist customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service concerns.
• Generate sales through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, and cash handling.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
