Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to join our Verizon Authorized Retailer team. You will engage customers, assess their needs, and deliver tailored wireless solutions with a focus on exceptional service.

Competitive base pay of $14.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, with an average of $19.00 per hour including commissions. We offer industry-leading benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive culture across 750+ locations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and drive to learn, grow, and excel in a retail sales environment.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly and adapt to ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Develop sales opportunities through campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and community events.
• Contact existing customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
• Monitor plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
