Job summary

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, seeks a Wireless Sales Representative who will deliver outstanding customer service, help customers choose devices, wireless plans, and services, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll earn a $16.94 per hour base rate plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $21.94 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training to grow your career.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through service and follow-up.
• Assist with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of wireless products and promotions through training.
• Help with daily store operations including merchandising and cash handling.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
