Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate. This full-time role offers base pay with uncapped commission and a fully paid 3-week training program. No wireless experience is required, and you’ll learn to guide customers to the right device and plan.

You’ll engage walk-in customers, pursue monthly sales targets, and stay current on AT&T products. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected, with opportunities to represent the brand at events.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide decisions on devices and plans
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worthy of showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
