Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans. You will engage walk-in customers, hit monthly targets, stay current on AT&T products, and represent the brand at events.

This is base pay with uncapped commissions, plus a fully paid 3-week training. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older; authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device/plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection with customers.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Contribute positive energy on the floor and support store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
