Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to guide customers through device and plan decisions on the sales floor. This full-time role offers base pay with uncapped commission and a fully paid 3-week training.

You’ll engage customers, close sales, and stay updated on AT&T products and promotions. No wireless experience is required; we value people skills, reliability, and a genuine interest in technology.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Bonus points for: Previous retail or sales experience
• Bilingual skills
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
