Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retail of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in a full-time role. You will engage walk-in customers, guide device and plan decisions, and work toward monthly targets with product knowledge and genuine connection.

No prior wireless experience is required; a fully paid 3-week training program will get you up to speed, with base pay plus uncapped commission that grows with performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
