Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers pick devices and plans and to close sales.

Base pay plus uncapped commission. The role includes a fully paid 3-week training and no wireless experience required; availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is real sales: conversations, problem-solving, and earning through performance. You’ll stay current on AT&T promotions and devices and represent the brand at several nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Authorized to work in the U.S., 18+.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Represent the brand at community events when needed.
• Maintain a positive store culture and provide honest, caring service.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations.
