Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate for full-time, on-site work. Base pay plus uncapped commission with a fully paid 3-week training program and no prior wireless experience required.

The role focuses on engaging customers, guiding device and plan choices, and achieving monthly sales targets while staying informed on AT&T products and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and contribute to a store culture.
