Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate to engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions. This is real sales—conversations, problem-solving, and closing—not simply watching a register. Base pay plus uncapped commissions, with a fully paid 3-week training program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
