Job summary

Arch Telecom is a national wireless retailer seeking energetic customer advocates to deliver exceptional in-store service and personalized solutions. You will assist customers in choosing devices, plans, and add-ons, with demonstrations and hands-on guidance to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience.

Qualifications include 6 months in customer service or sales, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and service plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships across channels to resolve issues and hand off small business leads.
