Job summary

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Fort Scott, KS. You will deliver excellent customer service, help customers select devices and plans, and build lasting relationships while meeting sales goals.

Base pay is $12.00 per hour with uncapped commission; average earnings up to $17.00 per hour, with no cap on commissions for high performers. Benefits include health and retirement plans and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for helping customers and solving problems.
• Comfort with technology and quick learning.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
