Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions while delivering outstanding service.

You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to keep customers connected, supporting daily store operations and local marketing initiatives. The role offers a base rate of $15.00 per hour with uncapped commissions, and average earnings can reach about $20.00 per hour while allowing top performers to exceed that

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new products quickly and adapt to a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for devices, wireless plans, accessories and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through service and follow-up.
• Assist customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting and service concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, services and promotions.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
