Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Kansas City, MO to help customers choose devices, wireless plans, and services.

You’ll combine relationship-building, problem-solving and sales skills to ensure an excellent wireless experience for every customer, every time. As a Verizon Authorized Retailer, we offer a base rate of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, with average earnings up to $20.00 per hour and no cap on commissions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
