Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and stay connected. You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll earn a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions with average earnings up to $17.00 per hour. Benefits, training, and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn products and services quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service for devices, wireless plans and accessories.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and follow up.
• Assist customers with account questions, setup, troubleshooting, and service concerns.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising and cash handling.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
