Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose devices, wireless plans, and accessories while delivering outstanding service. You will build lasting relationships and work in a fast-paced retail environment across our store network.

The compensation includes a $12 per hour base plus uncapped commissions; average earnings are up to $17 per hour with no cap on commissions. The role offers training, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with learning new technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through service and follow-up.
• Help customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
• Stay updated on the latest wireless products and promotions through training.
• Participate in daily store operations including merchandising and inventory.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
